He has managed jobs as small as a bathroom remodel to as large as working with a top national builder in a community of over 200 units. Bruce not only oversees construction at a jobsite but also coordinates contractors and strives to deliver projects on time and under budget.

Bob is one of the most successful real estate negotiators in the nation.
